Program:

  • Program and manual are available in electronic format only. There is no disk or printed manual.
  • The software available for download is the fully working version and not a demo version.
  • The program is fully working for both read and write operations. The program does not drop every Nth polygon, use copy protection or a security module or nag screens or disable write operations or deactivate itself after a fixed number of tries or days.

License Agreement:

  • The software does not use a security module. You are allowed one trial period of 30 days. At the end of the trial period, you agree to either pay the license fee or delete all copies of the program that are in your possession.
  • The software does not use a security module and thus will remain fully operational at the end of the 30 day trial period. Therefore you are placed on your honor to abide by the terms of this license agreement.
  • The license agreement allows you to use the full version of the program and the DLL on the same computer. The DLL does not use a security module.

Price (License Fee):

  • $20.00 in United States currency for customers from the United States and other foreign countries.
  • $20.00 in Canadian currency plus applicable taxes for Canadian customers. (At this time, GST does not have to be paid)
  • The price includes the use of the DLL on the same computer that the full version of the software is installed on.

Upgrades:

  • Version 2012.x is a free upgrade for registered (license fee paid) users of version 2.0 to 2.13.0.
  • Version 2012.x is a free upgrade for registered (license fee paid) users of the StlWork and StlTrans (or AccuTrans 3D) bundle from IMService.
  • Version 2012.x is a free upgrade for registered (license fee paid as of Dec. 31, 1997) users of the Amiga version.  Please send email to   wayne@micromouse.ca  that you are upgrading from the Amiga to the PC version.

License Fee for Distribution of DLL:

  • Shareware and Commercial Software:
     
    • $100.00 per year in United States currency for customers from the United States and other foreign countries.

    • Where a year is defined as any consecutive twelve month period.
       
    • The number of copies of the DLL distributed per year is unlimited.
       
    • The DLL can not be licensed if the software using the DLL is only a new Graphical User Interface accessing the features in the DLL.
       
  • Freeware Software:
     
    • The DLL can NOT be distributed with freeware software.
       
    • Freeware software can load the DLL if it finds it present on the user's computer. The user must be a registered (license fee paid) user of AccuTrans 3D.
